It is guaranteed to be factory sealed as it has the factory ventholes in the wrap. This game is in near-mint condition. There are no tears in the wrap. There is a crease near the left edge of the box (not shown). This also comes with the trading card that LRG originally shipped with this. This game is very rare so don't miss out!
