Ben Eine specialises in complex and colourful typography and continues to develop his bold street art. He emerged on the streets of his native London, where he made his presence felt with his style and diverse letterforms. He has been running projects called 'Alphabet Street' and 'Alphabet City 2.0' for decades. The shutters of shops lining the East End were decorated with letter-by-letter art, and in other areas with messages tied to emotions such as "exciting" and "scold". Although the focus of his activities is public art, he has held exhibitions in cities such as New York, London and Los Angeles, and his work is in the collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum. He has also collaborated with Louis Vuitton and former President Barack Obama owns his work.
