CAUTION: Be aware that if there is a delay in pressing the "Receipt Confirmation" button,
the winning bidder or purchaser will receive a very harsh rating. I too will be tracking the
package. The timeframe for confirming receipt is "within 2 days" from the item's arrival.
Especially if you are a bidding or purchasing agency, make sure to perform this action
responsibly. The arrival date at YOUR location is the start of the due date mentioned above.

Many shopping service providers fail to press the Confirm Receipt button upon receipt by 
their own, which has resulted in me blacklisting them. If you'd like to request a purchase 
through a proxy service that is unlikely to be on my blacklist, I recommend using a company 
known for its reputation of very rapid confirmation among auction sellers. Alternatively, if 
you have a Yahoo! Japan account, you can also buy items directly.

ITEM LISTED:
 
An LCD touch-screen panel assembly for the "HP Elite x2 1013 G3" slate computer.
 
The resolution is 3,000 * 2,000 pixels.
 
Both the display and touch input using a digitizer pen are functional. However, that with fingers
(or cheap touch pens) either does not work properly or does not work at all.
 
Although practically brand new and unused, it has been powered on for testing purposes above.
Therefore, it is listed as an open-box item.
 
The images provided above are all representative or sample photos depicting the listed model;
they do not represent the specific individual for sale.
 
The only thing which comes with this item is the plastic "bezel" (frame) shown in the images provided
above (already installed).
 
I offer international shipping.
HOWEVER:
1. Shipping costs and insurance fees to be communicated after receiving shipping information from
the buyer are their responsibility (payment must be made along with the item cost, and do NOT pay
only the displayed item cost that appears upon purchase; pay attention).
2. Customs duties for products like this can be exceptionally high depending upon the country. Customs
duties, clearance fees, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer. Requests for under-declaring the contents
would be declined. If you refuse to accept the item at customs and it's returned to me, I will not refund
you a single cent.
3. There are countries where sending products like this from Japan is prohibited by Japanese laws
and regulations. I cannot ship to those countries.
 
Bidders from Japan:
Due to the very fragile nature of the item, it requires careful packaging. For shipments within Japan, it will
be sent via the "Takkyubin" (door2door delivery service by Yamato Transport) "Size 80" (requests for
"Size 60" would be declined).
 
Both the Japanese & English languages work on the transaction message board ("Torihiki Navi") that will
appear for the winning bidder upon purchase.
