I'm a pro guitar tech/repairman who loves Jazzmasters more than any other guitar. I had to buy the new Vintera II and wanted the Sonic Blue model. I went to the store and played 3 models, but this Desert Sand model was the best so I bought it. Later I got a Sonic Blue, so I'm selling this Desert Sand one. I did 3 things to improve this guitar: 1. There was no shielding and it was very noisy. I painted the cavity with shielding paint and then applied 2-side conductive copper shielding. Now it's quiet. 2. I put in a 5 degree StewMac neck pocket shim. This allowed the action to get low, set up the bridge so the screws don't protrude from the saddles, and increased the break angle for string stability. 3. I dressed the frets slightly so they are not too sharp. There's a few 傷. One on the bottom of the side, two on the headstock, and on the pickup covers. I indicated these in purple in the photos. Otherwise it's in excellent condition and plays better than the factory setup. Here are photos of shielding paint application: https://www.instagram.com/p/C0UBqwEy1SN/?img_index=1 I put on D'Addario XS strings. They will last a few months. I'll take any questions. The weight is 3.7 kg
